Ezi Solution is pleased to offer Gold Support for customers that have purchased Retail-Man or Ezi Accounting software.  For the fastest response and the best deal, customers should purchase a support package at the time of buying the software. Consider the cost and disruption if your system is down.

Gold Support from Ezi Solution

• Support by E-Mail, with a next day service for answers to questions.
• Recovery from system problems by analysis of data files and entire systems (may require use of FTP server).
• Recovery from system problems by direct access to the target computer – will require VNC or similar connectivity.
• Telephone support through Skype (Internet based Telephony).
• Interactive support with MSN Messenger.
• Assistance with import and export of data.
