two levels of support for customers that have purchased
Retail-Man or Ezi Accounting software.
For the fastest response and the best deal, customers
should purchase a support package at the time of buying
the software. Gold Support cannot be provided
until payment has been received |

of data files and entire systems (may require
use of FTP server).
